Welcome to our Website.
I have been Head Teacher at Laycock Primary School for over three years and I love working with the children, staff, parents and Governors.
I hope our website will give you the opportunity to share in our school life and that you will find it enjoyable and interesting. |

Laycock Primary School is a small and friendly school with 71 pupils, 10 staff, 9 governors and 4 lovely classrooms. The school has a parent group and a thriving School Council.
Children at Laycock Primary School learn Maths, English, Science, ICT, History, R.E., Geography, Art, Design and Technology, P.E., Games, Music and Circle Time, French, swimming and PSHE / Citizenship.The School has a computer room with 15 brand new computers and interactive white boards in each classroom.
Extra curricular activities this year have included: Tae-Quon-Do, Basket ball Cricket, Dance, Tag Rugby, Football and a BActive sports programme.
We hold weekly Achievement Assemblies to celebrate children’s attainments and accomplishments.
The school has a Healthy School Award.
Challenging opportunities are organized for Gifted & Able pupils. |
